My
bidding was completed on Nov. 14, for
the seven auctions which I won.
On Nov.
15, Seller # 1 (gainesvillecoins) sent
me their invoice ($1,743.00) for our
four completed auctions, which I paid
immediately w/PayPal, and I received my
coins on Tues. 11/20.

At the same time (Thurs.11/15), I sent you (uspowercoins) an Email, requesting your invoice, so I could send your payment as well.

Subject: Combined Auction Invoice
To: "Jim Petersen" <jimbopete@yahoo.com>
Hey Jim:
Looks like I petered out. Stalled at the
moment W/3
wins. Shoot me the invoice & I'll try to
do better
next time around.
Thanks for nice response.

When, after a few days, you
failed to reply, much less send me
the requested
invoice, I decided to review the
situation.
I added the 3 auction sale
prices ($53.49), added the 3 S/H charges
($16.85), for a total of $70.34.
Prior
to sending the payment, I remembered
that you were in Calif., and I needed to
pay sales tax, so
I clicked on
each of the 3 Silver Eagle auction pages
(try it yourself) and found:
"Note: The seller of this
item is away until November 26, 2007.
You may purchase the item, but there may
be a delay in processing your order.
Learn more."
I THOUGHT: "OK! Jim's going out of town for Thanksgiving, that explains his lack of response. I'll wait until he returns and sends me the invoice".
TODAY (Friday, December 28, 2007 09:46 PM) : I was taken aback when I received your erroneous, and quite rude, Email.

I can only think of two reasons for your ill conceived actions.
1. You returned two days early, and in an attempt to "catch up", you overlooked my Nov. 15th Email request for payment, and mistakenly sent the above "auto response" email & just filled in my address.
OR ...
2. You decided that my winning sales
prices were lower than you anticipated, and
foolishly referred to your
"published
rules"
in a desperate attempt to
negate my 3 winning auctions.
Seller's payment instructions
Payments not received within 10 days
will void the sale and will cause
appropriate information to be
transmitted to e-Bay.
If it's #1, No Problem! Send me the invoice when you get the chance, and I hope you enjoyed your holiday break.
If it's #2, Problem! You are violating e-Bay rules by fraudulently ignoring my request for an invoice within the proper time period, and then failing to honor the agreed upon terms for the 3 auctions which I won.
Obviously, I've wasted well over an hour preparing this page in response to your curt Email / EBay message.
Please have the courtesy to let me know: #1, or #2 ?
Per your:
"appropriate
information to be transmitted to e-Bay."
"I'm sure you wouldn't want to go that
route..., however, failure to respond
again, will force me to resort to that
action"
